The aim of diplomacy is creating negotiation procedures and communication techniques which give help to international players in reaching the legitimate goals with the least cost and devoid from violence. The nature of diplomacy is based on technique and art and due to its connection with anarchic international system; the role of ideas, aspirations and norms is crucial. Based on monotheism, resurrection, prophecy and juridical and legal teachings of the holy Quran and Hadith, Islam contains patterns for the social life of human beings and good governance. The question in this article is that to enter into Islamic teachings of diplomacy from methodological, content and normative points of view, what requirements are to be met? The authors will answer to this question considering that due to existence of three sorts of power technology in metaphysical, physical and quantumical forms, the phenomenology of the Islamic diplomacy in each power technology would need requirements that should be taken into account and ignoring them would lead to a costly rhetoric, which harmsthe success of the Islamic diplomacy.
