Social and Economic development is the core of the United Nations programs for the third millennium and is closely interconnected with observing women’s rights and recognizing and respecting the real role they can play. “Sexual Leverage” must be denied in every rule. The human development must be in line with development of the role of women in all social spheres and their opportunity to enter into all managerial levels. One can not talk about social justice and economic development unless he takes the improvement of the women’s rights into consideration.
The present article aims to study the presence of women in international communities with a general view to human development.
