This question once again is under focus from 2004. The organization is faced with paradoxical pressures from organizational dimension, subjects of cooperation and number of members. The present article aims to analyze the current situation of this organization by reading the historical developments of the organization regarding this issue and reviewing the current theories on international organizations literature. t� � ai
>���y;mso-line-height-alt: .9pt'>   یکی از مسائلی که در طول یک و نیم دهه فعالیت سازمان همکاری اقتصادی (اکو) متناوباً مطرح شده این است که آیا  پیشبرد اهداف سازمان آنچنانکه در معاهده ازمیر تعیین شده با گسترش سازمان بهتر تأمین می‌شود یا با تمرکز آن؟ این مسئله از سال 2004 میلادی مجدداً مورد توجه قرار گرفته و سازمان از درون و بیرون در سه بُعد سازمانی، موضوعی و شمار اعضا تحت فشارهای متعارضی برای گسترش از یک سو و تمرکز از سوی دیگر قرار گرفته است. این مقاله می‌کوشد با بررسی تحولات تاریخی مربوط به این موضوع در پیشینه سازمان و مرور نظریه‌های موجود در ادبیات سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، وضعیت فعلی اکو را تحلیل نماید و پاسخ‌های موجود برای این سؤال را به بوته نقد بگذارد. https://fp.ipisjournals.ir/article_9524_84a529a92de322be42dd3365afd54f91.pdf
