It seeks to answer the central question of how emerging technologies-particularly AI-are reshaping the trade policy frameworks of states. Drawing on two theoretical approaches-Neofunctionalism and the International Political Economy of Technological Innovation-this article argues that AI is not merely a technological tool but a structural mechanism for global regulation, soft power projection, and geopolitical competition in international trade.<br><br>Core concepts such as commercial diplomacy, global supply chains, and technological governance are defined and examined in relation to AI. The paper investigates the influence of AI across four dimensions of commercial diplomacy: small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational corporations, trade-supporting institutions, and state-led trade diplomacy. Supported by comparative studies and empirical evidence, all four hypotheses of the study are confirmed, demonstrating the transformative role of AI in both trade policymaking and diplomatic structures.<br><br>In the policy analysis section, the article provides a set of tailored recommendations for Iran, including the development of a national AI-driven trade diplomacy strategy, empowering non-state trade institutions through AI tools, participating in global AI standard-setting processes, promoting multi-level digital diplomacy, and strengthening interdisciplinary foresight research. Ultimately, the article offers a comprehensive framework for analyzing the intersection of technology and diplomacy in the digital age. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر دیپلماسی تجاری و باز‌آرایی زنجیره‌‌های تأمین جهانی، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش کلیدی است که چگونه فناوری‌های نوین، به ‌ویژه هوش مصنوعی ، سیاست‌‌گذاری تجاری کشور‌ها را باز‌تعریف می‌کنند. مقاله با بهره‌‌گیری از دو چارچوب نظری «نوکارکردگرایی» و «اقتصاد سیاسی بین‌‌الملل با تمرکز بر نوآوری فناورانه»، نشان می‌دهد که هوش مصنوعی تنها یک ابزار فناورانه نیست، بلکه سازوکاری ساختاری برای تنظیم‌‌گری جهانی، اعمال قدرت نرم و رقابت ژئوپلیتیکی در حوزه تجارت بین‌الملل محسوب می‌شود. مفاهیم اصلی مانند دیپلماسی تجاری، زنجیره تأمین جهانی و حکمرانی فناورانه در ارتباط با هوش مصنوعی تعریف شده و در ادامه، نقش این فناوری در چهار سطح دیپلماسی تجاری شرکت‌‌های کوچک و متوسط، شرکت‌‌های چند‌ملیتی، نهاد‌های صنفی و حکومت‌‌ها تحلیل شده است. همچنین، با استناد به مطالعات تطبیقی و شواهد تجربی، چهار فرضیه مقاله در زمینه تأثیر هوش مصنوعی بر سیاست تجاری و ساختار‌های دیپلماتیک اقتصادی تأیید گردید.  در بخش تحلیل سیاستی، پیشنهاد‌هایی برای ایران ارائه شده که شامل تدوین راهبرد ملی هوش مصنوعی-محور، توانمند‌سازی نهاد‌‌های تجاری، مشارکت فعال در تنظیم استاندارد‌های جهانی، توسعه دیپلماسی فناوری چند سطحی، و تقویت پژوهش‌‌های آینده‌نگر میان‌ رشته‌‌ای است. در نهایت، این مقاله چارچوبی جامع برای تحلیل رابطه میان فناوری و دیپلماسی در عصر دیجیتال ارائه می‌دهد.
