This paper examines the geopolitical, geo-economic and geo-strategic positions of the South China Sea, contradictory claims by the contenders in the South China Sea and various solutions to this problem, including multilateral negotiations and cooperation. With an analytical descriptive method, the paper seeks to answer the question of how the policies of the claiming countries in the South China Sea can be evaluated in relation to each other  and considering the geopolitical situation and developments in the region? Based on a geopolitical approach,We find that each of the regional and trans-regional actors seeks to control important resources and regions.As a result, the situation in the region, especially with the geopolitical developments and the growing economic and military growth of China and the efforts of countries to develop energy resources without regard to the rights of others, can lead to increased complexity in the region and continued conflict. در سال‌های اخیر دریای جنوب چین به یکی از کانون‌های مهم بحران در منطقه آسیای پاسیفیک تبدیل شده است. این نوشتار به بررسی موقعیت ژئوپلتیک و ژئواکونومیک و ژئواستراتژیک دریای جنوب چین، ادعاهای متناقض کشورهای مدعی در دریای جنوب چین و ارائهراه حل‌های مختلف جهت حل این مشکل از جمله مذاکرات و همکاری‌های چندجانبه می‌پردازد. مقاله با روشی توصیفی تحلیلی و با توجه به موقعیت و تحولات ژئوپلتیک منطقه بدنبال پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که سیاست کشورهای مدعی در دریای جنوب چین، در قبال یکدیگر چگونه قابل ارزیابی است؟ براساس رویکرد ژئوپلتیک محور به این پاسخ می رسیم که هرکدام از بازیگران منطقه ای و فرامنطقه ای برای کنترل بر منابع و تسلط جغرافیایی بر حوزه های مهم تلاش می کنند. درنتیجه، شرایط منطقه بخصوص با تحولات ژئوپلتیک و رشد اقتصادی و نظامی روزافزون چین و کوشش کشورها برای توسعه منابع انرژی بدون توجه به حقوق دیگران می‌تواند منجر به افزایش پیچیدگی ‌های بیشتر در منطقه و ادامه منازعه گردد. https://fp.ipisjournals.ir/article_47863_e1b8e64b834cd7890255a3ef344dfe71.pdf
